I make beer and wine for years and usually produce around 200 gallons (750 liters) per year.

The first thing to remember is that you can seal the fermentation vessel. Eat yeast, as it is, sugar, produces large amounts of CO2, and must be able to escape through an air lock.

An air bubble is easy to assemble. Take a cork with a hole in it and put on low quality food in the hole. Stick the other end of the hose in half a pot of water with the tip of the tube below the water.

Although not explicitly have to grape juice from grapes, wine, you add sugar to the mixture.

Do not use bread or baking yeast to make alcohol, it tastes like garbage.

Normally I use 1 package dry yeast champ is 2-3 grams per 5 gallons (19 liters)

If you brew more answers or wine you give me an e-mail to sprcpt@yahoo.com

Do not make a normal bottle ............. It is dangerous.

You need a good half John, or the like, and a locking device of the air.

Weatherman is accurate. I have wine, beer, but my own beer, and when the fermentation process produces a large amount of CO2 produced. If you do not have adequate fermentation lock, bottle explode. On the other hand, if you leave the bottle, the air is exposed to the contamination of wine with wild yeast and bacteria, and would be even worse than when he was only with yeast. Home Brewing Wine is not so difficult, but you have to invest hundreds of dollars or more in good facilities, and to help a book to your path if you try.

Here is a site that excellent facilities for both beer and wine is sold
